When did people start to notice AI Rocker’s weight loss? AI himself confirmed he had a weight loss. On March 15, he wrote via Instagram it is hard to believe it was 20 years ago today, he wore size 54 Levi jeans. He weighed 340 lbs.

As per Roker’s weight loss diet plan, he has permanently altered his diet. Today he eats only whole food. Foods that have been processed or refined as little as possible are called whole food. They are free from additives or other artificial substances.

His workout regime involves three 30-minute exercise sessions each week. Strength training creates more lean body mass, which in turn burns more calories.

In addition to this, Roker is on a 28-day detox during which he cut out caffeine, alcohol, sugar, dairy, and gluten. And as a result, he ended up losing 28 pounds over four weeks.

Why did Roker want to lose weight? The 67-year-old explained that his weight putting pressure on his marriage to fellow TV journalist Deborah Roberts.
