Chris Jericho’s Weight Gain and Weight Loss
There has been a little bit of buzz on the internet about the wrestler’s weight transformation. But we saw that no one had compared his before and after photos.
So we had to compare them, we surfed Chris’s Instagram to find out. And we found a photo the 51-year-old took back in June in which he looked like he still needed a weight loss. But in his recent photos, the singer has slimmed down.
Why did Chris Jericho have a weight loss?- Jericho has admitted that he realizes he is 51, not 21, and means he needs to watch what he puts in his body.
Trying to find out more about his weight transformation we found that Jericho was highly influenced by bodybuilders. He used to follow bodybuilders such as Arnold Schwarzenegger, Tom Platz, Dorian Yates, Cory Everson, Rachel McLish and loved reading Muscle & Fitness.

And Jericho has also revealed that it was because he was sick of eating the catering at the building, which was the same every week.

How did Chris Jericho lose weight?
After people found that the wrestler had a weight loss. People have been following up on what weight loss diet did the singer take. Chris has also revealed that he went to a dietitian.
And the dietitian suggested he have premade meals with high-protein snacks throughout the day. And then he was suggested to have one free protein-filled meal whether it be eggs, chicken, or salmon.
And Chris after following the diet lost around 20 pounds~9kg in about a month or so. As of 2022, we believe that Jericho has been sticking to his diet. Comparing his before and after photos, he looks healthier and fitter than before.
