When did Gad’s weight loss rumors surface? Well, he posted a video back in Jan of this year sharing his weight loss. But most people found that he has shredded down after they watch his interview on the popular podcast Joe Rogen’s experience.
In Joe Rogen’s experience, the host said that Gad’s appearance looks like he lost a child from his body reflecting his weight loss.
So how much weight loss did Saad have? Well, he claims it is around 86 pounds which is roughly 39kg. He also added that his waist size is 38. Gad also stated that this is the lightest he has felt since 1988.
Now, he feels great as he is 176 pounds. Previously, at his heaviest Saad was 256 pounds. Comparing his before and after pictures, he looks a lot healthier now.

As per his workout, for the last two years, he has maintained to walk at least 14,000 steps. Additionally, the 57-year-old also does a few floor exercises such as sit-ups, push-ups, and some tension rope pulling.
He has a treadmill and a stationary bike at home. And Saad also keeps track of his weight, he measures it every week. He also credited his wife for his weight transformation.

We also learned that he is following a Mediterranean diet. It is a diet that typically encourages fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes, nuts, seeds, and heart-healthy fats. Processed foods, added sugar, and refined grains are highly avoided.
As per his daily food routine, he has 2 boiled eggs for breakfast. And for lunch, he has a quarter of a chicken with vinegar coleslaw.
The Youtuber has 400 to 500 calories of meals comprised of a protein, especially fish. He also consumes coffee with cream frozen raspberries, yogurt with cucumbers, etc.
