Furthermore, the model explained that the reason she hadn’t been working was the side effects of CoolSculpting. But, Linda had been suffering from this pain for 5 years.

Unfortunately, the activist is still brutally deformed after two painful but unsuccessful corrective surgeries. Firstly, the model writes about developing Paradoxical Adipose Hyperplasia(PAH). What is Paradoxical Adipose Hyperplasia? PAH is a serious ailment that allegedly created a mass of hard fat under the skin. Secondly, she complains about not being aware of the risks beforehand.

PAH has made the model go through depression, sadness, and self-loathing. Lastly, the 56-year-old has spoken about the lawsuit and getting rid of the shame by telling her story, held head high, despite not looking like herself.

Does CoolSculpting have side effects? Yes, the short-term side effects of CoolSculpting are swelling, bruising, and skin sensitivity. Furthermore, it can also lead to permanent deformities like what Linda is suffering.

The permanent deformities include the condition PAH. Hence, the risk of doing this was not clarified to the 56-year-old. Is Linda suing for her disfiguring procedure? The answer is yes. Furthermore, Evangelista is filing a $50M lawsuit for the procedure that did not deliver what was promised. Moreover, The Seattle Times published that the Canadian model has filed a lawsuit against Zeltiq Aesthetics on 21 September.

Specifically, the lawsuit was filed in New York federal court against Zeltiq for not informing about the side effects to customers and giving wrong advertisements. Additionally, the company was neglecting customers’ health and possible.
