Mike Golic Weight Loss and Diet plan.

So how much weight did the NFL player lose? Golic once tipped the scales at 300 pounds. The knowledge that he was 45 pounds above his NFL weight limit of 265 halted him in his tracks, even though he is 6 feet 5 inches tall. And decided to transform his weight.

Golic dropped 51 pounds while following the NutriSystem for Men program, The Nutrisystem Diet is a weight management program that offers prepared, calorie- and portion-controlled meals as well as meal ideas.

Like other meal-delivery weight reduction programs, NutriSystem relieves you of the responsibility of meal planning and calorie management. The male-specific NutriSystem program has more calories, fiber, and total nutrients than the female-specific programs.

Golic, who has an appetite comparable to that of a football player, persevered with the program because it allowed him to eat real food and satisfy his needs for “boy food,” whereas many meal-delivery programs and diets in general are blamed for leaving you with hunger pangs and food cravings.

That’s precisely what the NutriSystem for Men program promises to do, provide men access to scrumptious foods like home-style steak with mashed potatoes and gravy, thick crust pizza, brownies, and scrambled eggs with cheese while still enabling them to lose weight.

Although diet plans like NutriSystem have a short lifespan, they can kickstart a weight loss program. Furthermore, we now have evidence that diet food need not consist of lettuce cups and little cans of tuna fish packed in water thanks to men like Golic finding success with them.
