How much did he weigh before? According to Today, Randy weighed 358 pounds during Season 2 of the show. He was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes the following year. Randy’s diagnosis prompted him to embark on a weight-loss journey that he has maintained to this day.

How did he keep track of his diet and daily activities? Randy described in a profile with Nourish by WebMD that when he restructured his diet, he didn’t eliminate any of his favorite foods.
