Why did Steph lose so much weight? Apparently, Steph has irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) – a common condition that affects the digestive system. And it causes stomach problems such as stomach cramps, bloating, diarrhea, and constipation.

What weight loss diet plan was Steph on? According to Mcgovern, she currently only eats within an 8 hour time frame every weekday.
This means that if she eats something at 10 am, the last thing she eats must be before 6 pm. She states that this was the key to giving her digestive system time to do its job.
In addition to this, she also drastically decreased her snacking. But admits that at weekends she goes back to being normal and eats wine/snacks/fast food.
Instead of junk food, she now prefers to eat fermented food, such as kimchi. Also, she likes to drink kefir and kombucha. She reveals that they are full of probiotics which are brilliant for gut health.
