Who is Zhang Gaoli?

Peng Shuai Relationship with Zhang Gaoli
The post describes Zhang alongside his wife playing tennis with Peng, then inviting her to their home. There, Zhang pressured Peng to have sexual intercourse throughout the afternoon and evening.
